This interactive workshop will focus on three key learning outcomes: Recover: Discover effective strategies to engage and support students in rejoining their educational path. We will discuss how to create a welcoming environment that fosters re-engagement and encourages students to pursue their diplomas. Restore: Learn how to enhance students' self-efficacy through confidence-building activities and resources. Participants will explore techniques to help students envision their success and provide the motivation needed to achieve their graduation goals. Redirect: Gain insights into diverse career and educational pathways available to students. We will equip participants with the tools and knowledge to guide students in making informed decisions about their future, whether they choose to pursue further education or enter the workforce.
