Come explore the intricate development of a master schedule purposefully designed for an Early College High School (ECHS) that prioritizes learning pathways that promote college and career success. A strong alliance between an ECHS and its Institution of Higher Education (IHE) partner is vital to constructing of a master schedule that is both student-centered and effectively focused on more equitable access to early college opportunities. South Texas College and PSJA ISD have for years collectively worked towards fostering a spirit of collaboration that enables their dual credit program to seamlessly fuse together the college experience within a high school day. With the integration of technical resources, shared expertise and open communication, you too can master the art of master scheduling.

This session will focus on CCMR and CCMR Outcomes Bonus Funding (OBF) dive into the current data for ESC 1. We will also give an overview of recent policy opportunities that help align to CCMR achievement and spend some time sharing how HB3 and HB8 are interacting.

PSJA Collegiate School of Health Professions, 9th-12th Early College High School, has established a Teacher Collaborative Learning Community ('TCLC) that provides staff with opportunities to participate in high quality instructional professional development, research-based instructional strategies, and early college data disaggregation.
