About me
Mrs. Mariza Saenz has been an educator for 32 years, serving as a science teacher; elementary, middle, and high school counselor; high school assistant principal for 10 years; and principal for the last 6 years. Mrs. Saenz, as their first counselor and assistant principal, was instrumental in establishing the PSJA Thomas Jefferson Early College High School, the first early college T-STEM high school in PSJA. She is the founding principal of PSJA Collegiate School of Health Professions, a 9th-12th grade, high performing early college high school, with an "A" accountability rating. She leads an exemplary staff with the focus on student achievement and well-being, with a positive learning environment, strong and knowledgeable leadership, a committed and focused educational team, an encouraging community, and a supportive family.
